Unlock the secrets to building a thriving membership-based business with this comprehensive, full-day training designed specifically for businesses and organizations that include a membership component (such as gyms, yoga studios, coaching practices, churches, civic clubs, etc.) Hosted by ANCA and the Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, and led by Mindy Audlin, a mission-driven leadership trainer and community engagement expert, this hands-on workshop will provide you with actionable strategies to attract new members, engage and retain existing ones, and grow a loyal, thriving community around your mission.

The day is packed with interactive learning, group discussions, and experiential activities designed to anchor the content and provide a common framework for your organization’s ongoing membership growth journey. Participants will leave with an actionable Membership Growth plan plus the tools, insights, and confidence to begin implementing the process step by step, with the ultimate goal of driving sustainable membership growth and deepening community engagement.
