What if you could strengthen your resilience?
As you may know, each month I connect live with our What If UP Club Online for an hour of teaching, sharing, coaching & encouragement. Last night's call was a powerful one. Our focus:
resilience (noun). The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.
It's a life skill we all need from time to time. Wikipedia specifically defines "psychological resilience" as "the ability to cope with a crisis or to return to pre-crisis status quickly."
It goes on to say that this kind of resilience exists when a person uses "mental processes and behaviors in promoting personal assets and protecting self from the potential negative effects of stressors." Hey... that sounds a lot like US!
What if this "What If UP" community helps you build and strengthen your psychological resilience?
What if, by using these ideas and tools consistently as part of a disciplined practice, you empower yourself to bounce back quickly from setbacks, navigate challenges gracefully, and tap into an inner strength that can truly move mountains?
What if recognizing the strength and resilience you already have within you gives you the courage to take on challenges fearlessly, knowing that they can only lead to your ultimate growth?
You can access the archives of our yesterday's live call (along with all of our prior calls) when you register to be a part of our What If UP Club Online. It's a great way to enrich your inner journey and connect with other incredible people who are committed to doing the inner work to create a happier, more intentional life.
Let's move some mountains together!
Imagine...
